Monkey 47 Dry Gin is made from 47 botanicals. These include locally grown herbs like angelica, coriander, and elderflower as well as hibiscus, citron verbena, pimento, and spruce. These are combined with spring water from a local distillery in the Black Forest.
All the ingredients work together to give Monkey 47 a crisp, citrus flavour, with layers of floral flavours and hints of peppery spice and bitter fruit.
